A phone call from BABY JAY, once a week for four weeks, as long as song continues receiving airplay; autograph Baby Jay sun glasses; autograph poster, and autograph CD!
Call your favorite radio station and request SINGLES. If under 17 years old, please request permission from legal guardian before entering contest.
Rules & Instructions:

Next we will call the radio station and check to find out that you were on the air. After confirming we will ship to you the special autograph gifts from BABY JAY.
